Your own ancient woodland. What could be more wonderful?

Once owning private woodland was the exclusive domain of the rich and privileged. But now, with a little help from Ancient Woodland, you can buy your very own piece of English woodland forever - for as little as £5,000. You can walk on it; protect and preserve it for future generations; camp on it; watch native wildlife and birds; create environments for the woodland creatures that live there; bequeath it and even sell it. You'll have a freehold interest so the choice is yours.

I recently purchased a plot of woodland through Ancient Woodland Ltd in Fox covert, Buckinghamshire. It's has been a wonderful purchase for my family. My daughter and I went for a walk through the wood only last weekend and saw wild deer, which was a treat for all. It is so nice to see British wildlife in its true environment. We are planning many a camping trip in the wood over the coming months. I recommend this to anyone that enjoys the great outdoors.

Good to hear that you are enjoying it. It's a beautiful wood. I'm going up on Sunday morning if the weather is good with my kids. We ae lamost completely sold now...about five people have completed including you. I'm going to get the tree house built once it is all sold...which be a wonderful way to watch animals without them seeing you.

Perhaps see you up there on day.

Thought you made some real nice items...great to see some craftsmanship...

You made those things?

Cool.. but carefully with those knives in England!

Tim Noble said...

I know what you mean...it is difficult inthe Uk these days with all of the stabbings that have been going on. My knives cost too much for those kind of people though...we usually only sell to wealthy men who like hunting and fishing. I sell a lot in the Gulf! I never sell to anyone under 18 years of age.

Thanks for visiting my blog. We love the wood. That is where we live. We own them too. In the mountains. So we spend lots of time there. We hike, fish, swim, and take long walks in the wood.

Unfortunately I haven't quite hit the heady heights of swimming or fishing in my own wood yet...but I like fishing and I have looked at woods with ponds...your place looks really nice.

That is so impressive! I want one! I think it's cheap..

It is cheap...it was the whole point...shall I put you down for a section? The last two bits are going to auction in 10 days!

How many acres would you get for 5000pounds?
Only problem would be the commute to enjoy it...I don't think the Electric motorcycle would make it in one or two days....
beautiful pictures though.

You get a qurter of an acre Freehold but also have the use of all 14 acres - as part of a covenant on the deeds - for £5,000. So essentially you get 14 acres forever to enjoy for just £5,000 - rather than the usual £80-100,000 for a comparable wood.

Where do you live?
